Account Manager (Sales)
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional team results according to defined monthly, quarterly, and annual productivity measures, such as sales target achievement, ROI and cost of sales
- Analyze and plan online marketing proposal for business partners. Including providing advice and solutions to the sales team to present an appropriate online marketing plan.
- Arrange the meeting with customers to present proposal and close sale, both visit to customer and conference meeting.
- Collect, analyze, and report data around team, individual, and operational performance in terms of activity quantity and quality.
- Continuously improve upon processes and initiatives to improve sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with other teams. and to be an intermediary in coordinating between customers and related departments to ensure the quality of service in accordance with the SLA
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements &Professional Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Experience working in Sales or Account Management or Project Management.
- A proactive attitude and a drive to seek new opportunities and grow existing accounts with experience forging relationships with junior to mid-level Clients.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with creative, strategic and growth mindset.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiar with any ad-hoc tasks and occasionally working after office hours as assigned by the supervisor.
